Army College of Medical Sciences admission 2023-24 to medical courses like MBBS and BDS shall be conducted based on NEET scores. The NEET result 2023 has been announced by NTA on June 13, 2023. Candidates seeking admission to the courses offered by ACMS Delhi have to ensure that they score marks over and above the ACMS Delhi NEET cut-off 2023. The cutoff marks vary course and category-wise. The admission process for the Army College of Medical Sciences is conducted in collaboration with various other educational bodies. The admission selection and allotment of seats is done purely on the basis of the scores obtained by candidates in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate courses. The ACMS admission procedure is conducted entirely by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGISPU). The GGSIPU conducts its registration and counselling rounds to allot seats to MBBS students in various medical colleges. The ACMS is one of the participating colleges of the GGSIPU-affiliated medical colleges. The steps to be followed for securing successful ACMS admission are mentioned below in detail:
NEET-UG
- As the first step in the admission process for the Army College of Medical Sciences, aspiring candidates must register themselves for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for undergraduate courses (NEET-UG).
- This can be done by visiting the official website neet.nta.ac.in. Students are required to register themselves for the NEET UG exam on this website by entering the required details. The NEET exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) each year.
- For the ACMS admission 2023, students must register for and subsequently appear for the NEET UG exam.

- Students should then register themselves on the website by entering the required information and paying the requisite fee of Rs 1200 and Rs 1000 for enrollment and participation in the GGSIPU Counselling/Allotment of seats respectively.
- The details for the seat allotment and the counselling schedule for various rounds will be published on the GGSIPU website from time to time for the Army College of Medical Sciences admission procedure.
- The GGSIPU allots seats to candidates based on the NEET scores and releases various merit lists in a round-wise manner.

- Apart from this, students are also required to fill out the admission form on the official website of ACMS Delhi which is theacms.in.
- Applicants must fill in all details correctly and the details which are marked as mandatory must be filled in to avoid cancellation of the application.
- Once the ACMS admission form 2023 is filled, the next step includes scanning all documents and making their soft copy. This must be done with a good-quality camera for clear images, or else the submission will be rejected. Upload the documents with the online registration form through a laptop or mobile device.
- Next, click on the “Submit” button to complete the ACMS registration 2023. Once the form is submitted, a “Reference Number” of the form will appear on the top left corner of the form. Applicants must note down this reference number as it will be needed for any editing or addition of information at a later stage.
- Apart from this, a combined folder of the soft copy of documents is to be shared on the email id oicacadtrg.acms@awesindia.edu.in before reaching the campus for the further ACMS Delhi admission process.
The detailed list of documents that are a must to be submitted to the college (original as well as the attested copies of each) is enlisted below for the reference of aspiring students:
- Photocopy of the NEET-UG admit card.
- Admission receipt. This will be generated by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGISPU) at the time of registration and counselling.
- Original mark sheets of class 10.
- Original mark sheets of class 12.
- Another document essential for the Army College of Medical Sciences admission procedure is a Date of birth proof (the secondary school certificate issued by the board or university)
- Certificates of class 10 and class 12 from the recognised board or university.
- Migration certificate.
- Conduct and Character certificate from the Head of the Institution where the qualifying exam was conducted.

The Army College of Medical Sciences campus is located in Brar Square, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi. The campus is strategically located near the Ring Road of New Delhi and is easily accessible through the newly constructed Delhi Cantt metro station. The lush green campus is spread over an area of 25 acres. In the initial 3 months of admission, it is mandatory for students to reside in the ACMS Delhi hostel. The various facilities offered by the college are mentioned below:
Modern Classrooms: ACMS has 23 classrooms which are spacious, equipped with technical devices, and, well-constructed. The classrooms facilitate digital learning for students and staff. With a total seat intake of 100 students for the MBBS course, students are easily divided among 23 classrooms for smooth learning.
Seminar Rooms: ACMS Delhi has 7 seminar rooms. These are used for conducting various events, workshops, seminars, and any other important events. The seminar rooms are well-equipped with digital projectors which enable smooth audio and video experiences.
ACMS Lab Facilities: The college has a total of 18 labs. The MBBS students use these labs for learning in departments like anatomy, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, surgery, etc. The labs ensure that a practical understanding of the concepts is possible.
Lecture Halls: Among the ACMS Delhi facilities, the 4 lecture halls on campus serve a great purpose. Guest Lectures are held in these halls as well as the faculty uses these halls to deliver special lectures to students from time to time.
ACMS Library Facilities: The college has a huge central library that consists of a vast collection of books. The books, journals, research papers, etc. can be accessed by students as well as staff. Students can also issue a library card through which they can borrow books from the library for a specific period of time.
Hostel: The college offers hostel facilities separately for boys and girls. In the first three months of the course, it is compulsory for students to stay in the ACMS Delhi hostel. It is equipped with all amenities like clean washrooms, canteen and mess, banking facilities, water supply, etc. The fee for the hostel is paid separately from the entire tuition fee for each year.

ACMS Courses Offered
The Army College of Medical Sciences course admissions are made in the discipline of medicine. The college offers the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course. The admission process for the MBBS course at the college is done in affiliation with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGISPU). The MBBS course fee is Rs 3,27,625.
